The Joe Rogan Experience
For as much criticism at it receives, I owe a great deal of gratitude towards this podcast for changing the way I think about the world. I obviously don’t adopt all the same perspectives that Joe Rogan holds (and I don’t think he would recommend this either), but he has introduced me to so many extraordinary and influential thinkers of our time. This is the first podcast I ever listened to, and it has introduced me to a lot of the other podcasts I love. I always say, if you listen to one JRE podcast and accept it as truth, your worldview is going to be extremely skewed. But if you listen to hundreds of them and pick up on key trends and themes from the experts and personalities that he brings on, I think your worldview can be improved for the better. He builds a great bridge of intellectual curiosity that serves as a liaison between the average person such as myself and some of the best minds of our time. See some of my favorite episodes below:

Duncan Trussell Family Hour
I like the DTFH for it’s ability to examine life’s mystery’s from a fun-loving pseudo-science perspective while focusing on positivity and love for fellow humans. Duncan has the ability to make you question reality while taking away the serious nature of some of the other philosophical podcasts. He is on his own path of Buddhist style enlightenment and I can always rely on this podcast to cheer me up with some laughs and new perspectives on life when I am feeling down.
